If your order has not yet been shipped and you have not received a tracking number, then your order can be cancelled or your shipping address can be edited. Please contact us for help with your order.

If your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. Please keep up with this number to know when your shipment should arrive! To check the status of your order please visit your order status page. To access your order status page follow the link in your order email confirmation.

I, or my mom (thanks mom!) sort through all pins into standard grade and B grade. Pins may contain minor cosmetic imperfections since they are handmade, but I strive to deliver high quality pins with little to no imperfections. If you do feel like your pin has a major issue, please send me a photo so that I can help you. B Grade pins will be marked as such in their own B grade listing. Please note that B grade pins are still wearable! Their imperfections will just be higher or more noticeable.
